1. Delivery to Northern Ireland and the British Islands may incur an additional charge where Royal Mail cannot be used. If it is necessary to use a courier the carriage charge will be quoted - dependent on the size and weight of the order - and any additional charge, when agreed, will be made to your card at the time of despatch.
2. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Shipping Agent addresses.
3. Delivery can be made to any address as long as the address at which the payment is registered is also present on your order.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
If you are 'UK' based standard delivery charges will apply. If you are ourside the UK we will contact you about shipping charges. Goods will be sent by Royal Mail or Courier depending on the size and weight of the parcel.
We cannot send flammable goods to Europe, also flammable items (in aerosols) are not permitted to be sent by Royal Mail.
Outside of the UK it is not possible to transport flammable items and aerosols overseas.
Please note we cannot be responsible for late deliveries due to adverse weather conditions.
FORCE MAJEURE
Natural Scenics Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
