ALL ORDERS PLACED ARE SUBJECT TO NATURAL SCENICS (HEREAFTER CALLED THE COMPANY) TERMS OF TRADE AND CONDITIONS OF SALE. NO CONDITIONS STIPULATED IN A BUYERS ORDER/LETTER OR COMMUNICATION SHALL VARY OR CANCEL THESE TERMS OF TRADE UNLESS THE COMPANY (NSL) AGREES THE VARIANCE IN WRITING AND IS SIGNED BY A DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY. A CONTRACT BINDING ON THE COMPANY ARISES ONLY ON THE ISSUE OF THE COMPANYS WRITTEN ACCEPTANCE.
IN THE PROCESS OF CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ALTER THE DESIGN AND/OR SPECIFICATION OF ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION.
ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO ALTERATION WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND ARE EXCLUSIVE OF CARRIAGE AND SUBJECT TO VAT RULING AT THE TIME OF DESPATCH.
TITLE OF GOODS
TITLE TO ALL GOODS DELIVERED BY THE COMPANY TO THE CUSTOMER SHALL REMAIN WITH THE COMPANY UNTIL ALL SUMS DUE HAVE BEEN PAID TO THE COMPANY. SO LONG AS ANY SUM REMAINS DUE TO THE COMPANY THEN NO TITLE IN ANY GOODS SHALL PASS TO THE CUSTOMER. SHOULD THE BUYER AND/OR ANY THIRD PARTY HAVING NOTICE OF THIS PROVISION AND HAVING ACQUIRED THE GOODS IN QUESTION BE UNABLE TO MEET ITS OBLIGATIONS TO US, WE REMAIN ENTITLED TO RETRIEVE OUR PROPERTY WITHOUT LOSS TO OURSELVES AND WITHOUT ANY DELAY AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO ANY OTHER RIGHS THAT WE MAY POSSESS.
ALL MEASUREMENTS / VOLUMES / SCALES AND VOLTAGES THAT ARE LISTED IN OUR CATALOGUES / ADVERTISEMENTS / WEBSITE OR ANY OTHER PUBLICATION OR COMMUNICATION FROM THE COMPANY ARE APPROXIMATE ONLY AND NO WARRANTY OR CONDITION IS GIVEN OF ACCURACY.
ALL ORDERS PLACED ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AT THE TIME OF ORDER PLACEMENT AND WILL BE DESPATCHED WITH CARRIAGE AND PACKING CHARGES AS QUOTED IN OUR PAYMENT TERMS. THIS CHARGE IS SOLELEY RELATED TO THE GOODS TOTAL AND NO ALLOWANCE CAN BE MADE FOR ITEMS WHICH ARE OUT OF STOCK. EACH ITEM ON AN ORDER SHALL CONSTITUTE A SEPARATE CONTRACT. THE COMPANY WILL HOLD AND DESPATCH BALANCE(S) OF ORDER THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK AS AT THE TIME OF DESPATCH UNLESS WE ARE INSTRUCTED TO THE CONTRARY AT THE TIME THE ORDER IS PLACED. THE COMPANY MAY ALLOCATE STOCK HELD TO OR AGAINST SUCH CUSTOMERS AND IN SUCH QUANTITIES AS IT DEEMS PROPER.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OUR PRICES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION AND THE PRICES CHARGED WILL BE THOSE APPLICABLE AT THE TIME OF DESPATCH. IF A RECOMMENDED RETAIL PRICE IS QUOTED, THIS PRICE IS CALCULATED TO INCLUDE VAT AT THE RATE PREVAILING ON THE DAY OF DESPATCH.
THE COMPANY DOES NOT OPERATE A ‘SALE OR RETURN’ POLICY AND GOODS (OTHER THAN DEFECTIVE GOODS) WILL NOPT BE ACCEPTED BY THE COMPANY FOR RETURN OR CREDIT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT MAKE OR GIVE ANY REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE AS TO THE AVAILABILITY FOR PURCHASE OF ANY ITEM REFERRED TO IN ANY CATALOGUE / WEBSITE / ADVERTISEMENT / PRICE LIST OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENT OF COMMUNICATION BY THE COMPANY.
NOTIFICATION OF NON-DELIVERY OF ANY CONSIGNMENT OF GOODS MUST BE MADE BY THE BUYER, ITS SERVANTS OR AGENTS WITHIN SEVEN DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF GOODS. THE BUYER IS ADVISED TO INSPECT THE GOODS IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. ANY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE OF THE SAID GOODS OR INCORRECT QUANTITIES AND/OR ITEMS AGAINST THE COMPANYS DELIVERY NOTIFICATION MUST BE MADE IN WRITING OR EMAIL WITHIN THREE DAYS OF RECEIPT OF SUCH GOODS. IF NO SUCH NOTICE IS RECEIVED WITHIN THREE DAYS THE GOODS WILL BE DEEMED TO BE IN ALL RESPECT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACT AND THE BUYER WILL BE BOUND TO ACCEPT AND PAY FOR THEM.
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE AND SALE ARE CONSTRUED AND APPLIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ENGLISH LAW. IN THE EVENT OF ANY DISPUTE ARISING, THE PARTIES SHALL SUBMIT TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE ENGLISH COURTS.

Natural Scenics understands that, as a manufacturer, we have a duty of care. As such, we aim to conduct ourselves in an environmentally sympathetic manner in all of our operations and production. This, in turn, will positively benefit, or otherwise improve, our customers and local community, as well as larger environmental concerns.
Wherever possible, Natural Scenics aims to take full consideration of any environmental issues when purchasing raw materials, product manufacture, waste recycling, and transport/delivery. Natural Scenics will also advise our customers in selecting and utilising our products in an environmentally sensitive manner.
Natural Scenics aims to increase public awareness of, and actively support participation in, all environmental issues, and ensure that all of our employees are fully aware, and compliant with, these issues.
Wherever possible, Natural Scenics strives to reduce wastage, including omissions, pollution, and energy. To date, 99% of our waste materials are being recycled, and our employees are fully trained in methods to reduce or otherwise recycle waste materials.

Any company that processes, stores, or transmits credit card numbers must be PCI DSS compliant or risk losing the ability to process credit card payments.
The PCI DSS is a set of comprehensive requirements for enhancing payment data security that was developed by the founding payment brands of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards Council – including American Express, JCB – MasterCard, and Visa – to encourage the broad adoption of consistent data security measures worldwide.
